We offer a customer and management service so that you can delegate this job which is sometimes time-consuming. So, we can help you to manage your Japanese account without any problems.

You are the owner of the account but we manage it for you. It means we follow your instructions. If you don’t give us specific instructions, we provide a basic management service.

This service includes:

🔹 Management of the account: add new product, manage the products whose already on the account, make the needed corrections, manage the sales, make sure the account works perfectly fine, answer to the questions, verify the stock, remove the product of the sale if it is sold out and put the product up again for sale if there is stock again.

🔹 Answer to the customers questions: if possible, we will answer to the customers questions. But for specific and technical questions about the product, we could ask you first before to answer to the customer if we don’t know the answer. That’s why it is important to communicate us all the information about the product.

🔹 Information: we will inform the customer if there are important information to know (special sales, sold out, holidays, etc.). But we will inform you too if there are some problems or unclear things, to resolve quickly the issue. If you want to put an information for the customers, please send it to us as soon as possible, because the translation can take time.

🔹 Translation of the product information: we can translate the description of the product from English and French to Japanese. Indeed, it is necessary to write in Japanese, in that way everyone can understand. The translation can be made from a text file or can just be the copy of your own Amazon account in your country. The price must be in yen. To be sure do not mistake, we can’t ourselves convert the price. Please, be sure to communicate us the price in yen.

🔹 Selection of SEO keywords: it is important to be on a good place in the rankings to sell more. We will select with precision the keywords for the Search Engine Optimization.

The product sale management is for ten products. If you want to add a product, it will cost USD10. And if you need a special management or specific service, it will also cost money but the price can be discussed.

Option: we can create an Amazon page for USD1490.
It includes the shooting of the product and the Japanese design of the page.

This service costs USD150 per month and it is a contract for 6months. We also ask for a deposit of USD1000. This amount will be used only in case of complaint/claim or return. If it is unused or remaining, it will be refunded at the end of the contract. Of course, if your account has already enough money to make a refund in case, the deposit is not necessary.

The payment can be made by:

🔹 Line Pay, PayPal or bank transfer for the people living in Japan,

🔹 PayPal or bank transfer for the people living in another country.

To extend the contract, please let us know as soon as possible. Without a word from you, the contract will be done at the end of the six months.
