Yes. We can search using product names, photos, model numbers or keywords. Include your desired quantity, target unit price, acceptable condition and delivery destination. Research scope and fees are confirmed before work begins.
Can you buy from multiple Japanese stores and combine the purchases?
Yes. We can coordinate purchases from multiple stores and combine eligible items. Send a list of items, quantities and deadlines so we can confirm timing, handling and shipping suitability before purchase.
Can you send products to my own warehouse in Japan?
Yes. We can arrange domestic delivery to your own Japan warehouse or freight forwarder. Provide the receiving details and any labeling, booking or handling requirements before we confirm the order. International forwarding can then be handled by your chosen warehouse.
When are inquiries reviewed?
Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9), excluding Japanese public holidays. You can send a request outside these hours, but it will be reviewed during business hours. Time-sensitive purchases, applications and bids require our confirmation before we proceed.
Can you negotiate wholesale prices and MOQ?
We can ask Japanese suppliers about price, MOQ, lead time and repeat-order conditions. The final terms remain subject to the supplier’s approval.
Can you verify authenticity or test functionality?
Our standard support is based on agreed visual checks and documentation. Authentication, electrical testing or technical inspection must be arranged separately when available.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Unless otherwise agreed, the overseas buyer or importer is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, permits and product compliance.
